Terms of Purchase You may purchase certain products or services on the Site. At the time you placed your order, you may have been offered and agreed to purchase the product or service at a price that is not consistent with other customers. Your cost (which includes applicable sales tax) is the amount you agreed to pay at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase, you may have been offered a one time and/or auto-ship plan of the product or service. The cost for the service was stated to you at the time of purchase. If you chose the one-time fee, the service will be automatically billed to the credit card you provided upon the shipment of your order. If you chose an auto-shipment plan, the fee will be automatically charged to the credit card you provide at the time of shipment and/or at the interval you agreed to at the time of purchase. You can cancel your auto-shipments at any time and have no further obligation. Cancellations must be made by telephone by calling 1-800-249-7705, M-F 9am-10pm, EST. If you use a credit card, you may be subject to a preauthorization at the time you place your order. The preauthorization is not a charge to the credit card. However, the then-applicable full cost for the service or product may be reserved against your available credit card limit. Guarantee Each product you purchase on the Site comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact Customer Service at 1-800-249-7705 to obtain the return shipping address, and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must call for the RMA number within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund of the product price, less shipping and handling. Once you have received the RMA number, we MUST then receive the returned product with any unused portion within 2 weeks. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return box. If you return the product without an RMA number, you will not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product, and should ship the return with a tracking number to be sure that we receive the product within this 2 week period. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed once you ship back the product. For products purchased on an auto-shipment plan, the guarantee only applies to first-time shipments. The money back guarantee does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product. Please Note: • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return box to be eligible for a refund. • Refunds will be issued the same method to which they were paid. • We will not refund any packages marked “Return to Sender” If you are receiving a product monthly choosing an auto-ship plan, you can call Customer Service at to cancel this auto-ship program at anytime at 1-800-249-7705, M-F, 9am-10pm, EST. If the monthly shipment has already been processed at the time you call to cancel, then this shipment will be shipped and billed to you, however all future shipments will be cancelled. Choice of Law and Forum These Terms are governed by New Jersey laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any action to enforce or interpret them shall be brought and maintained exclusively in the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey in Trenton. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of said court and waive all objections thereto and waive the right to remove such action to a Federal District Court. Severability and Integration Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Living Well Remedies, LLC and its affiliates with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Living Well Remedies, LLC with respect to the Site. If any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
